As a Family, Internal & Geriatric Medicine care provider Gulf Coast MDPA and its team of professional staff will get to know you and develop a relationship. That way, when you need us, you will know we are there for you. We are specialized in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult’s ages 18 years and up.

We are dedicated to quality, personalized state-of-the-art patient care in a pleasant environment while responding to the needs of our patients for information, access, and service. We offer routine exams and primary care, as well as help managing chronic illness.

When advisable, we will refer you to a specialist and work together with them to address your specialty-care needs by remaining your primary care provider.

Our physicians are also serving community Skilled Nursing Facilities, Old age home facilities and providing home care services.

Other Services

Hospitalization:

When our patients require hospitalization, they are usually admitted to the closest Hospital to the patient, where one of our physicians provides inpatient medical care.

Prescription Refills:

call our office at least 48-72 hours before running out of your medication or when you need a prescription refilled, and then our staff communicates with your closest pharmacy with necessary authorization for your medication. If you need a refill for the weekend, please call by Thursday so we can authorize it in time

Payment Discounts:

To assist the community uninsured patients we offer 20-30 percent discount if patient pay the bill at the time of service.

Questions:

We encourage you to call with any questions or concerns during clinic hours. A provider or his or her assistant will call you back within 24 hours. In emergency situations, the provider or his or her assistant will be brought to the phone promptly. We offer 24-hour phone coverage for after-hours calls. If you call when the office is closed, the answering service will notify us.
